Serve as a Small Group Leader at Hayward Wesleyan Church by guiding others in community, Scripture, and spiritual growth. Small Group Leaders help facilitate discussion, encourage participation, pray with and for group members, and create a space where people can grow deeper in their walk with Christ and with one another. This role is best suited for individuals who are spiritually mature, actively walking with the Lord, and seeking to live out their faith in daily life. Leaders model a Christ-centered life through humility, integrity, and a teachable spirit, understanding that leadership flows from example as much as instruction.
Adults who have a solid foundation in their faith, value biblical teaching, and feel called to invest in others spiritually. Small Group Leaders should be dependable, committed to personal spiritual growth, and willing to shepherd a group with care, prayer, and wisdom.
